Every property is different so we do not have a standard price, our costings are worked out on area, access, and condition of the property in relation to repairs and preparation. On experience our prices have compared to a good quality roofing job , but lasts 3 times longer.
YES ! SOLARPLAZ will last 3 times longer than traditional flat roofing materials saving on regular maintenance, plus if during the renovation warm deck insulation is installed the savings will be considerable on heating and cooling costs

SOLARPLAZ is a very thick material and can only be applied by heavy industrial spray equipment. The product is pressure sealed to the surface at 1000ibs pressure, creating a permanent bond with the surface material. SOLARPLAZ is applied at 100 times thicker than a coat of paint ( approx 5 mil ).
SOLARPLAZ is guaranteed for 20 years but the average lifespan is over 30 years depending on the type of environment the property is located. We have properties treated in the UK over 20 years old and are still in good condition in 2016.

They will renovate any roof built in FELT, ASBESTOS, CONCRETE, TILES, METAL, ASPHALT, or TIMBER forming a monolithic seam free membrane that give a weatherproof finish that will last in excess of 30 years. If the existing roof is in reasonable condition its possible to apply SOLARPLAZ and SOLARSHIELD without the need of expensive stripout, this is especially helpful where ASBESTOS is concerned ( Asbestos can be left in place and encapsulated with both systems ) saving very expensive and removal problems.
